In relation to Nitro Games Plc’s upcoming Annual General Meeting on 8.5.2020, shareholders representing approximately 50,59 per cent of the company’s shares and votes of the company have changed their proposal regarding the election of members of the Board of Directors as follows:

Osakkeenomistajat, jotka edustavat noin 50,59 prosenttia yhtiön osakkeista ja äänistä, ehdottavat, että yhtiön hallitukseen valitaan suostumuksensa mukaisesti uudelleen nykyiset hallituksen jäsenet Antti Villanen ja Johan Biehl sekä uusiksi jäseniksi Mikkel Weider ja Pim Holfve. Hallituksen jäsenten toimikausi päättyy vaalia seuraavan varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen päättyessä.Shareholders representing approximately 50,59 per cent of the shares and votes propose that the current members of the Board of Directors Antti Villanen and Johan Biehl be re-elected and new members Mikkel Weider and Pim Holfve be elected according to their consents. The term of office of the Board of Directors ends at the closing of the Annual General Meeting following the election.
