The shareholders of Nitro Games Plc are summoned to the company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 April 2019 at 13:00 (Swedish time) at Epicenter Stockholm at Mäster Samuelsgatan 36 (Push button for “Epicenter”) Floor 5, 111 57 Stockholm, Sweden. The reception of persons who have registered for the meeting and the distribution of voting tickets will commence at 12.30 p.m.

Nitro GamesOyj:n osakkeenomistajat kutsutaan yhtiön varsinaiseen yhtiökokoukseen, joka pidetään 26.4.2019 klo 13.00 alkaen (Ruotsin aikaa) Epicenterissä osoitteessa Mäster Samuelsgatan 36, 5 kerros, Tukholma, Ruotsi (Paina ovinappia ”Epicenter”).Kokoukseen ilmoittautuneiden vastaanottaminen ja äänestyslippujen jakaminen aloitetaan klo 12.30.
