Published: April 2023

Hello, we are Nitro Games Plc and we are the makers of the Nerf: Superblast mobile app on iOS and Android. Keeping your information private is very important to us and we would like to tell you how we do this.

We may make changes to this Policy by posting a new version, if we make any changes to how we collect, use or process your personal data, we will notify you, including by posting a notice in the app before these changes take place.

1. What is a Privacy Policy?

Every company which handles personal data, needs to share how they collect and manage the data you choose to share with them, when signing up or using their Services.

Like superheroes, companies have a duty to you to ensure that your data is kept safe and only managed in a way you agree with. This guide shows you how Nitro Games does this.

  • Data about your interactions with other players within and inside our Services

4. Why do we collect your data and how is it used?

We use the above data to provide NERF: Superblast to you and to give you a great experience but also to improve that experience over time!

We use your device ID to save your progress, so you won’t lose your game if you ever need to delete and re-install the app.

For example:

Your IP Address is used to connect you to the correct games in the world, so you get the best gameplay experience possible! It’s a really big place so we don’t want to put you on the other side of the earth!

We use unique Player IDs to understand a player’s journey in our game, we use this unique identifier to make sure that a big group of players are using parts of the game, or maybe they are having problems with our game, which may not be clear to us!

For example:

Let’s say we have 1000 players, that’s a big number. We don’t check every player one at a time, that would take far too long! We use your Player ID to account for 1 person, and then we can see out of that 1000 players who is playing Token Rush! And based on that we can see if it is fun or not and investigate how to improve it!
