Community Contest Terms & Conditions

• This giveaway is run exclusively by Nitro Games Oyj and not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Reddit, Discord, Twitter, Google Play, Apple or any of our partners or investors.
• Maximum of one entry per person unless specifically mentioned otherwise or requires feedback on an aspect of the game as entry.
• Entry to the giveaway is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participation in this competition is completely free of charge and does not require prior or upcoming purchases to enter.
• This is open worldwide, but restrictions may apply on countries with limits on internet competitions.
• Participants must be 18 or over to enter.
• No cash prize alternative will be available.
• The prize listed will be the prize sent to the winner or winners. The prize will be specifically listed in the post, and no alternative prizes will be arranged.
• You must have an active account on the game in question to enter.
• Only accounts who follow the Nitro terms of service will be able to receive their prize. Accounts found to be cheating, using hacks, will be banned.
• Similarly, if the participant has sent abuse or targeted anyone at the studio or anyone in the community, the player will be prohibited from entering.
• Competition starting and closing dates will be as listed in the post.
• Nitro Games has no liability at all for any direct, indirect, incidental or punitive claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from entry and/or participation in this competition e.g. customs tax for physical items.
• Unless specifically stated, the giveaway winners are selected based on a random drawing among all entries by Nitro Games. This decision will be final.
• If the selection is made by a developer working at the studio, we plan to expand on why the entries were accepted. This decision will be final.
• The winners will be contacted via Reddit DMs, Twitter DMs, Facebook DMs, or Discord DMs, depending on the origin of the entry.
• Information sent to Nitro Games as a result of these competitions (e.g. postal address or Player ID) will be deleted upon confirmation of the prize’s arrival.
• By entering the competition, you allow Nitro Games to use any feedback, ideas, or designs shared with them in the entry.
